Dare to be a “Locavore” A Locavore by definition is someone who eats food grown locally whenever possible and at The Dock on Princess, we strive to live by this motto. "Support local" is not only good for our community, it's good for us too. It means we get a fresher product to cook with and that we get to work with local people to create just the right ingredients for our dishes. We welcome you to enjoy the menu created by our Chef Whitney Glasgow, Sous Chef Vicky Pearn and their culinary team. We hand make our burgers in the heart of our restaurant, hand batter our fish to order, we make mozzarella sticks from real mozzarella and we even hand batter our famous coconut onion rings. We know that fresh, local food tastes better and we invite you to try it for yourself.
